The Manager, Client Reporting and Analytics is
professional responsible for the strategy and tactics for client facing
analytics including but not limited to quarterly and annual plan reviews,
client and company ad-hoc requests, book of business trends and benchmarking,
and trend report assistance. This individual has a general level of knowledge
about pharmacy and/or medical claims processing and programs. This individual
has extensive experience in developing work plans, running task forces and
planning deployment and training for new reporting strategies. They operate
with independence and collaboration in the management of data sources, reports,
and the management of projects. They are corporate experts in the
identification of total work needed to support a new development effort. The
Manager, Client Reporting and Analytics will ensure effective communication
channels are in place with IS management, peers, clients and vendors and is a
liaison between HospiScript's information technology center and business
operation units.
This person must possess strong analytical skills
and be well versed in data reporting techniques and tools.
- Provide company wide internal
reporting expertise for multiple application systems.
- Research anomalies in data to
understand where/why the anomalies exist and provide recommendations to
correct the data
- Facilitate data interchanges
between application systems.
- Provide leadership to
internal teams by communicating with clients in order to identify and
deliver customized reporting solutions
- Develop technical solutions
to business problems
- Define, analyze and document
reporting requirements
- Manage information
requirements and communicate with operations, financial, and executive
units to provide effective solutions.
- Implement advanced strategies
for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Assess the impact of planned
development on existing systems, identifying risks and roadblocks
- Responsible for the strategy,
process development and operations management of Ad Hoc reporting requests
- 3 + Years SQL Server
Reporting Services Experience
- 3 + Years Crystal Reports
Experience
- Basic knowledge and
understanding of Microsoft Visual Studio
- Power user of Microsoft Excel
and Access preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge and
understanding of Qlikview Business Intelligence Tools
- 5+ years experience in
managing large healthcare data sets and developing automated processes for
building book of business, line of business benchmarks and plan reviews
- Some education in Computer
Science/programming preferred, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or
equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is
a plus.
