Required Skills:
- Strong health insurance background with at least 7-10 years experience, preferably within BCBS or Medicar
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in business analysis and requirement development
- Understanding of claims processing and claims data elements
- Ability to analyze large subsets of claims data
- Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to lead and manage a cross-functional and mulch-disciplinary team
