Job Description:
• Serve as liaison to other teams (both within this and with other Development Centers) to help understand the impacts and dependencies
• Be the expert on the phase/release/work package
• Be the primary contact for the Project/Program Manager
• Escalate issues/risks/dependencies
• Serve as the right hand person for your PM
• Assist in driving the work forward
• Completes Project/Methodology/Requirement Management tasks if needed
• Will interact with the phase level BA when there are questions, when direction is needed, and when there are issues
• Picks up product knowledge, is exposed to current processing as well as what is being changed
• Documents, drives, and resolves work package level issues and change controls related to the BA role
